Does ManFriday join my meetings?
No. It works after Teams publishes a transcript.
Does transcription need to be enabled?
Yes. The meeting must be transcribed in Microsoft Teams.
Which users are processed?
Only users selected in scope are processed.
Can it update CRM automatically?
Only when the CRM match, owner, date and destination policy are safe.
What happens when the CRM match is uncertain?
The item is held for review and no automatic CRM writeback is allowed.
Can I reprocess a meeting with another AI lens?
Yes. Reprocesses are versioned so prior results remain available.
Can I use To Do without CRM?
Yes. Personal and internal task routing can run without Dynamics.
Can I use SharePoint only?
Yes. SharePoint can be used as the meeting record destination.
Where is data stored?
ManFriday stores meeting records and approved outputs in the configured Microsoft Azure environment for your tenant.
Can we remove Microsoft permissions?
Yes. Permissions can be removed from the Microsoft tenant.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. The trial does not require a credit card.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Processing stops unless a plan is selected or setup continues.
